Our affiliated funeral home, Pruss-Nabity Funeral Home, has been in operation since 1907. Greg Nabity has been the owner/operator since 2002 and founded The Nebraska Cremation Society in 2010. We are proud of our A+ rating with the BBB – the highest rating given by the Better Business Bureau. We are also proud to have been honored with membership in the BBB Honor Roll for Excellence in Customer Service. Greg Nabity has been a licensed funeral director for 43 years and is a Past-President of the Nebraska Funeral Directors Association. We had been, for several years, a member of the Cremation Association of North American (CANA) and continue to adhere to their strict Code of Cremation Practice. We have taken that a step further by implementing our own Cremation Standards of Practice which exceed industry standards.
