Funeral Women Lead Organization believes women are the key to the survival of this profession. 

It pursues its mission to unleash greatness in women through outreach, coaching and mentoring, a one- and two-year leadership academy, annual wellness summit, and scholarships for professional development. 

Bringing together leaders, sponsors, researchers and supporters, Funeral Women Lead is a resource hub for the funeral and death care profession, sharing the incredible resources of our profession to our followers and members including a library, podcasts, Ted talks, articles, blogs, webinars, research, and information on other groups and organizations supporting women. 

Funeral Women Lead exists to champion women of the funeral profession as the much-needed next-era women’s leadership.
