Pappas Grubbs Price PC Announces New Name

HOUSTON, TX— George Pappas, Steven Grubbs and Lara Price are excited to announce the new firm name, Pappas Grubbs Price PC.

Formerly known as Sheehy, Ware, Pappas & Grubbs, P.C., the Texas-based law firm with a national reach, has updated its name to reflect the significant, ongoing contributions of shareholders, George Pappas, Steven Grubbs and Lara M. Price, as part of a comprehensive rebranding campaign that also includes a refreshed logo.

Since 1985, the business and litigation law firm has successfully represented clients in virtually every area of civil litigation. With offices in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Galveston, and San Antonio, Pappas Grubbs Price serves clients throughout Texas and nationwide. Highly esteemed in the legal and business communities, the firm’s attorneys are known for building long-term relationships with their clients and achieving high-quality results that align with clients’ objectives.

Lara M. Price practices in the products liability and professional liability sections and has extensive experience in a number of substantive areas of trial practice, including products liability, professional liability, administrative law, construction litigation, commercial litigation, health care law, premises liability, and personal injury and wrongful death. She regularly represents corporations, other business entities, and individuals in complex litigation against claims for personal injuries, wrongful death, and economic loss in state courts throughout Texas and in federal courts in Texas and elsewhere. Ms. Price has also been engaged as General Counsel for both the Texas Funeral Directors Association and the Cremation Association of North America.

“Lara has a long track record of providing her clients with exceptional service and results across many areas of trial practice,” said Shareholder Steven O. Grubbs, Esq., who serves as the firm’s Managing Director. “She embodies our firm’s values by building relationships with her clients that are based on trust and partnering with her clients to help them achieve their goals. It is because of outstanding, dedicated attorneys like Lara that our clients trust Pappas Grubbs Price to represent them, and why so many of our clients refer us to others.”

Pappas Grubbs Price’s practice areas include personal injury and wrongful death defense, OSHA litigation, construction defect and personal injury litigation, health care litigation and regulatory law, products and premises liability claims, professional license defense, toxic tort and environmental litigation, business transactions and litigation, labor and employment, commercial disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and more.
