Dear Colleagues, CNBC premiered a documentary called "Death: It's A Living" last night. If you didn't get a chance to see it, check your local listings as it will be shown again. I really encourage you to watch it. CANA Executive Director Barbara Kemmis and Past President Jerry Sullivan worked closely with CNBC producers on the cremation content of the show. I think this was one of the best and most balanced portrayals of our industry to date. Cremation was a theme throughout the show, but it was presented as more than just the low-cost choice. The on-screen families working with CANA members John Horan and his staff and Katie Sullivan were shown seeking ways to personalize their experiences and were presented with a wide range of options. What was your take on the program? It would be great to continue the conversation on the CANA Facebook page and LinkedIn.
