While the stage is virtual, Codi brings the same energy online as he does in person making this an event you don’t want to miss. In January 2014, Codi left his position as the National Manager of Training and Development with a Canada’s largest provider of funeral, cemetery, cremation and reception services, and gave flight to his entrepreneurial dreams. He began his new venture, EverLearn Associates – a full service, comprehensive management consulting firm, for the funeral and cemetery profession aimed at engaging and building dynamic teams and successful businesses. At his core, Codi knows that “when we realize that we’re not alone, we gain the strength and the resolve of others experiencing similar challenges to bolster our resilience in the face of adversity.” Even amid moments of uncertainty, like the one we find ourselves in right now. His presentation will gather participants from across North America and the world with unique challenges and shared experiences. Together, we’ll help one another navigate today’s challenges with tools to manage change proactively amid an ever-shifting landscape.
